"Ryan and his team from Fix My Bricks repaired the cracks in my mortar. The team was outstanding! Very efficient, very polite and very clean. My initial contact was with Ryan . The team came to the house did the work and when they left I noticed the mortar was a little darker than it should be and I was told it would dry to the natural colour. Unfortunately it did not get any lighter after a 6 month period. I called Ryan and explained the situation, he came by and met with me and agreed fully and guaranteed me that he would fix the problem. I was pleased both with the responses of Erica and Joe in the front office (when I had to call there to sort a couple of things out) and especially with the work crew (Luke, assisted by Karic and John). I was very concerned about brick match on my 1920's architect-designed home, and this outfit went out of its way to ensure my satisfaction, bringing over 200 reclaimed bricks from which I could pick out the best matches for a job that called for only 25 replacement bricks. I have another job (rebuilding a brick-and-stone wall), which I'll probably put off till next year, but I'll get Fix My Brick to do it. Of the two quotes I got, theirs was the higher, but I went with them because Ryan, who came out to quote the job, inspired more confidence than the competitor. However, I believe this is because of the kind of problem that I had. They had warned me in advance that it might not look a lot better. But then it would be stronger. So I'm going with the fact that even though it may not look repaired, it is repaired and it is stronger."
