Lake-effect weather had deteriorated this chimney down to the roofline—22 courses needed replacement. We matched the existing masonry with Copper Matte Ontario brick, installed a new 8x12 concrete cap and flue, and built everything to withstand Mississauga's moisture-heavy climate.
This chimney needed 24 courses rebuilt along with complete flashing replacement. We used Copper Matte Ontario brick, installed six decorative sill caps with drip edges, replaced both flues, and applied leak seal coating for long-term water protection.
This prominent chimney required 8-10 courses rebuilt with decorative sills. We used Ontario Williamsburg brick with range to match the existing facade, installed four new decorative sills, and carefully blended the repairs into the original brickwork.
